People don’t understand the pure power and excitement from my 2004 Nissan Micra, 0-60 IN 30 seconds!! The pure exhilarating feeling from not being sure if you’ll even make it on to the slow lane on the M6 motorway above 5mph… A risk and a buzz every time I make it.

I’m not plaining on getting rid of the Micra its stylish looks engulf me with excitement every time I’m walking back to my car after making a money run. (dropping the pizzas.)

Aston Martin DBS for me just oozes power and pace and just sits there with nothing to prove !

One car springs to mind 1968 Dodge Charger. This car made me run up a steap hill at Santa pod raceway when I was a young lad back in the early 70s from its burnout, back then I thought a earthquake was happening from its Raw Power with its V8 engine & 425 horsepower. This car has star quality, curvy looks & awesome package.

I’m a bit of a fan of the show-off type fast car, so for me, it has to be a Lamorghini Gallardo – it has it all, speed, style, looks!

  • Kevin Friend says:

The Bugatti Veyron because it is such a powerful yet sleek car

  • Richard Jones says:

This would be a fantastic day out with my son who is car fanatic. Fingers crossed

The car that most encapsulates power and speed for me is the Porsche 917/30. The car was built in 1973 / 1974 to compete in the Can Am series. It was the ultimate variant of the Porsche 917, it had a 5.4 litre flat 12 which delivered between 1100 BHP and 1580 BHP depending on the boost setting. It had a top speed of around 240 mph. The car was that fast and powerful, that it effectively killed off the Can Am series because nothing could touch it.

My own personal favorite is the Sunoco liveried Penske Racing run car raced by Mark Donohue to win the 1974 Can Am Championship.

The car that encapsulates power and speed has got to be a mclaren P1, it’s got plenty of power from its V8 and a top speed of 217mph, I regularly get to see all the export ones down at the docks and when you see 10 lined up in the lanes it’s quite a good sight knowing they are traveling all over the globe from the factory in the uk

  • Will Wynn says:

You’ve not really answered the question Roger.

  • Roger says:

Great! Now that is a difficult question someone who loves cars! ha! 😉
