We thought it was the best Donington Historic Festival yet. Bigger and better that all previous years. It was such a shame about the events on the Sunday, which coincidently was the day we went, which put a downer on an otherwise great day out.
Make sure that you and friends enter out other competitions and spread the word about My Car Heaven when you can.

Sorry its taken so long to send this as I went on holiday just after the event.I managed to go friday & sunday fantastic set up of cars especially the group C sportscars. My 9 year old son loved the line up of lotus 7 club cars so many car clubs there to mention. I had to drag him away to watch the motor racing, managed to watch the rallying & great to see the lancaster bomber always a crowd pleaser. Sunday was cut short due to a tragic accident our thoughts go out to the racing drivers family.

Keep an eye out for the numerous other competitions that we have throughout the year.
The event was bigger and better than the two years previously, so it was nice to see the progression. I still think they could make more of the car marques by allowing non-car club members onto the infield, something many of the UK classic car shows don’t do and something Auto Italia do.
We were there on the Sunday and it was very sad to hear the travesty of the accident on once we arrived home that day.

Thanks for the tickets Will. We had an amazing day; the sun shone and even spotted a fab Facel Vega in the paddock (one of my all time faves and in uber-cool dusty condition).

Just letting you know that I had a great time at Donington Historic Festival weekend courtesy of your complimentary tickets that I won. Myself and my brother are both disabled, myself being spinal injury and my brother impaired sight and hearing, but they treated us great, even getting VIP access to the grand stand!
The cars were breathtaking and bloody noisy LOL, the flight of the Lancaster, Spitfire and Hurricane rounded it off nicely …
Although I would have loved to win the ride round the track, not for me but my brother who as never driven and will never drive.

We’re delighted to hear your joy at winning this competition. It’s going to be a mega event, one that your kids will no doubt love. This will be my boys third one, he’s 7, and he looks forward to going now, which is very cool.
