Always a good show to start the New Year off and great to get the adrenaline pumping ready for the 2017 season. Also such good place to meet the drivers makes Autosport internaional unmissable.
A Kamaz Dakar 2017 truck would be my choice to drive at this time of year, going to the january sales would be a lot less stressful in one.

  • Dale Walker-Hyde says:

If I win a pair of tickets what better excuse to bring my wife along, I’d love to show her what gets me excited about motorsport.

As for the car I’d love to drive, can I have two? I love 50’s sports cars and used to own a GP Spyder (kit car) so how about the real thing: a Porsche 718RSK, beautiful, simple, quick. But my ultimate drive would be the all conquering Lotus 79, also beautiful, simple (above if not under the skin) and very quick around the corners!

    Good Luck All,

    Dale

I’d be daft not to want to go to Autosport International 2017. I’m going sprinting in my MGTF next year after a 15 year break from competition and need to drool over all the shiny bits I could never afford. As for driving a dream car? It would have to be a Millington engined MEM Proton Rally Car. I love watching them in action, they epitomise everything rallying should be.

  • Sam Howarth says:

I would love to attend Autosport International 2017 as when the racing season is out it is the best winter fix, surrounded by amazing cars and fellow petrolheads! As a massive F1 fan I would love to drive any Ferrari F1 car that Michael Schumacher had previously driven.

  • Kate Loader says:

I’d love to attend to give me some kind of Motorsport Fix during the cold winter months, and to walk around looking at all the cool cars from different genres. It’s an amazing show to get up close to cars you’d normally only see from photos/tv/side of the track.

The car I would absolutely love to drive is the F1 Williams FW18. I wish I could have heard it racing in the flesh.

I would love to attend because I am a Motorsport Marshal, I live and breathe motorsport. By January the withdrawal symptoms have set in, I need the noise, the smell and the excitement to see me through until the season starts.

I’d love to drive Ken Blocks 600bhp Focus RS Rallycross car. I reckon it would be seriously fast, exciting and incredibly good fun.

  • Will Wynn says:

What would be the motorsport car you’d most like to drive Stewart?

  • Stewart Longhurst says:

As to why I’d like to go to Autosport International – I’d take my 8 yr old son who is F1 mad and would love to see all the current teams and cars close up and in one place.

  • Stewart Longhurst says:

Since watching the “King of Cool” Steve McQueen in Le Mans, I’ve always fancied having a blast down the Mulsanne straight in a Porsche 917 – Gulf Racing liveried of course – with the flat 12 screaming a few inches behind my head. Sadly at 6’6″ I doubt I’d be able to fold myself into the cockpit. In another life maybe!
