2014 BMW i8 – this looks like a very cool future (video)
Based on the BMW Vision EfficientDynamics concept car shown a few years ago, the 2014 BMW i8 represents the German automaker’s vision of a high-performance plug-in hybrid. If this is what the future looks like, sign us up. Zero to 62 mph in 4.4 seconds? A full charge in three hours from a regular garage outlet? Approximately 95 mpg? Wow!

BMW says the i8 can travel 22 miles and reach a top speed of 75 mph on electrons alone.Very impressive and cannot wait to see one in the flesh.
