Shelby Super Cars changes its name to SSC North America.

Shelby Super Cars, the US supercar manufacturer that has been challenging Bugatti for the title of world’s fastest production car, is changing its name to SSC North America.

Jerod Shelby, owner of SSC, has come to a settlement with Carroll Shelby Licensing and its corporate parent Carroll Shelby International, to drop the use of the Shelby name.

We did wonder how they were getting away with it, but now I guess they are not.

Super excited to see, hear the SSC Tuatara (below).
